Experience a holistic approach to fitness and wellness with Peggy Perez Coaching. I am a master-level certified fitness, health, nutrition, and brain health coach with over 20 years of experience and continued education. I provide a holistic approach to fitness and wellness.
My goal as your fitness and lifestyle coach is to guide you to a life you love and deserve. You may have noticed that the older you get, the less your body and brain can handle an unhealthy lifestyle. Together, we can change that. I will help you create new life habits that improve physical and brain fitness through designed movement/exercise and cardio programming.

Within each of us is the power to improve our body, brain and mindset – no matter your age, health condition or abilities. We were designed to move daily, eat whole and natural foods, sleep well and enjoy community. Magic happens when we start making daily small changes – we increase energy, sleep better, move differently and feel empowered with each small change. Let’s start that process for you!
What I Offer
I offer individual, small group and corporate coaching by the hour, as well as packages of 6 or 12 months. We work on the areas of interest for you – fitness, nutrition, brain health and/or lifestyle.


Fitness Coaching
This includes an assessment of your current fitness, health, exercise, and movement routines. We address your goals, the time you have available, the space and resources you have available, and what will fit into your life. I create individual programming that is updated every six weeks to keep you progressing. We take metrics to show your progress on your fitness journey.


Special Needs and Populations
A typical gym may be overwhelming or not suitable for their needs. This is especially true with those with special needs, challenging health conditions or those starting their fitness journey. I can work with you at your home (live or virtual), park or a small fitness studio that fits your goals and needs. Let’s look at the possibilities!


Nutrition Coaching
I will assess your dietary pattern or food choices and eating habits (time of day, whether you snack, etc) and look at how they align with your goals.


Lifestyle Coaching
Lifestyle habits either enhance or inhibit our goals. Habits such as sleep hygiene, stress management and other environment factors directly affect our hormones, muscle gain and fat loss. This is complimentary to the design of your workout program and/or nutrition coaching.


Lifestyle Coaching
Lifestyle habits reinforce your workouts and nutrition with sleep hygiene, stress management and other environmental factors that directly affect our hormones and therefore our gains and losses. This option can be part of a fitness program and/or nutrition coaching.

My holistic approach to health and wellness includes coaching of all of the following areas:

We evaluate your labs to see what areas of nutrition need to be focused on, such as blood glucose, insulin resistance, or micronutrient deficiencies, to create an individual eating pattern for you. We can also look at food swaps, recipes, pantry clean-up, and cooking lessons.


Lifestyle Coaching
This includes evaluating stress, anxiety, sleep, mood, energy, community, sunlight, and nature exposure. Once we complete your assessment, we will also evaluate any additional areas that directly affect you as an individual.
